INGREDIENTS:

Coriander, Fennel, Cumin, Caraway seeds, Bay Leaves, Star Anise, Mace, Mustard,
Chana dall, Chilli, Turmeric, Methi, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Ceylon
Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Nutmeg, Seasme seeds, Poppy seeds, Ginger Powder,
Brown Sugar, Amchur, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Tamarind Powder, Black Salt, Salt

HOW TO USE:

Marinate 500 gms of chicken along with 1 cup curd, 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1/4 cup fried onions, a handful of chopped mint and green coriander, salt and 2 TBSP HYDERABADI BIRYANI MASALA. Set aside for 1 hr. In a pan take 2 tbsp ghee, add chicken and cook till tender. Layer with semi cooked basmati rice, top with 7-8 tsp saffron milk, ghee, fried onion, lemon juice, chopped mint and green coriander. Cover and cook on dum for 30 mins .
