INGREDIENTS:
Coriander, Fennel, Cumin, Caraway seeds, Bay Leaves, Star Anise, Mace, Mustard,
Chana dall, Chilli, Turmeric, Methi, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Ceylon
Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Nutmeg, Seasme seeds, Poppy seeds, Ginger Powder,
Brown Sugar, Amchur, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Tamarind Powder, Black Salt, Salt
HOW TO USE:
Marinate 500 g mutton or Chicken with 3 TBSP coarsely pounded Ginger, Garlic , Green Coriander & Green Chilli. Add 3 TBsp Mustard Oil, salt and 3 TBSP of
DESI MEAT MASALA. Heat Oil in a pressure cooker, add 2 chopped onions, saute
till light brown add 2 chopped tomatoes, cook till soft, add the meat , saute for 10
mins. Pressure cook till done.
